What You’ll Do
· Command the sauté station with precision, speed, and confidence.
· Execute dishes that balance artistry with consistency — plating that excites before the first bite.
· Work closely with the Chef and Sous Chefs on specials, seasonal flavors, and menu development.
· Elevate standards by teaching and pushing the team toward sharper technique and better flavors.
· Treat mise en place as a craft — building organization and readiness into every service.
· Uphold the highest levels of quality, sanitation, and discipline in the kitchen.
Who You Are
· A culinarian with serious sauté chops and at least 2 years of professional experience.
· Hungry to learn, create, and refine — never just “punching the clock.”
· Composed in the fire of service, but competitive enough to thrive in it.
· Detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized — but not afraid to bring ideas to the table.
· Passionate about food — you read menus, cookbooks, and ingredient lists for fun.
