FINAL DETAIL

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES

1. Inspect completed boats for defects
2. Stripping, caulk, strip, and etch boat
3. Communicate with production leads on necessary rework
4. Detail boats to Scout standard
5. Responsible for cleanliness of your work area at all times.
6. Follow Scout's policies and procedures and all safety rules.
7. Eliminate unsafe conditions to ensure safety of yourself and your team.
8. Be an active member of Continuous Improvement Processes

MEASUREABLES:

1. Performance Score Card (Quality, Schedule, Safety, Efficiency, 5S, Attendance)
2. Rework

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Must be able to use the basic tools applicable to the job
2. Be able to work with people as a team to accomplish department goals
3. Be able to adapt to changes in production operations
4. Must be detail orientated
5. Experience with boats preferred
6. Be able to adapt to changes in production operations
7. Must be able to work with fiberglass
8. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed
9. Must be able to work overtime
