Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Paycom Payroll Service experience highly desired
- Concur (SAP) Software experience highly desired
- Strong positive customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to spend time sitting, utilizing the computer, and standing and walking throughout the facilities.
- Ability to travel via personal vehicle or public transportation to various facilities throughout the region.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically.
- Flexibility to attend evening and/or weekend meetings and/or events on occasion
- Able to perform this job safely, without endangering the health or safety of themself or others
Recommended Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance
- 5+ years payroll and benefits administration for 150+ employees
- 2+ years working with general ledger and journal entries.
