We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Group Director to lead our in-house Creative Department. You’ll oversee product photography, web design, and packaging design—driving the visual expression of our brand across all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for setting creative direction, managing the team and our agency of record, and delivering high-impact creative that drives engagement, consistency, and conversion.

This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Coppell, TX location 5-days per week.
- Serve as the department lead, shaping the creative vision for the brand internally & externally.
- Act as the primary creative liaison with Marketing, Product Development, and E-commerce teams.
- Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team of designers and creative specialists.
- Champion consistency and excellence across product photography, web/digital design, and product packaging.
- Direct teams to excel on impactful creative work across:
- Product photoshoots: concepting, styling, photography, post-production
- Website & digital design: UX/UI, campaign assets, brand touchpoints
- Packaging design: structural and graphic concepts, production-ready files
- Collaborate with Brand to develop creative briefs, mood boards, & design concepts
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team covering creative, design, and production functions
- Allocate resources effectively across concurrent projects and campaigns.
- Establish scalable workflows, organize file management, and implement quality control processes.
- Identify and manage freelance talent and agency partnerships as needed.
- Continuously research and integrate design trends, technologies, and cultural insights to keep the brand creative fresh and relevant.
