The Sales and Customer Service Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to post-sale service. This individual will handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, manage customer interactions, and ensures efficient order processing and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Fort Worth, TX (Southlake) location 5-days per week.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, managing CRM data, and coordinating meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt professional responses.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, update databases, and track orders through the fulfillment process.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with internal departments including Supply Chain, Accounting, and Production to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Handle complaints, returns, and service issues with a focus on on delivering effective resolutions and maintaining satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales samples – from requests and preparation to shipment and tracking for all sales customers
- Follow up with customers for feedback, outstanding payments, or any additional needs.
- Support sales campaigns, promotional efforts and participate in trade shows when needed.
