Naterra International Inc. (Tree Hut, Baby Magic, bdy.) is looking for a passionate and proactive Influencer Marketing Lead to lead the day-to-day execution of influencer programs that drive awareness, engagement, and retail demand. You’ll help shape the influencer strategy for our cult-favorite scrubs and body care products, partnering with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to tell authentic brand stories that resonate with our highly engaged community.

This is not a remote or hybrid role. Please note that the person in this role will be required to work in-office at our Coppell, TX location 5-days per week.
- Own day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, briefing, performance tracking, and payment processing with efficiency and excellency
- Build and manage strong relationships with creators, agents, and influencer platforms; play an active role in bolstering our Tree Hut community across nano, micro, macro, and mega tiers
- Identify, Source, and vet influencers based on audience insights, content style, platform performance, and brand alignment
- Oversee content approval workflows in partnership with Social Strategist to ensure every post aligns with Tree Hut’s brand guidelines, visual identity, and regulatory standards
- Partner with internal teams and media agency partners to align influencer activations with amplification tactics, key product launches, tentpole moments, and retail initiatives.\
- Analyze campaign performance, consolidate learnings, and work with Social Strategist, leadership, and media agency partners to optimize future activations.
- Manage influencer databases and reporting tools (e.g., Aspire, UTM links, affiliate dashboards)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with social, brand, paid media, and retail marketing teams
- Stay ahead of platform trends and creator culture, identifying new talent and engagement tactics
- Develop and deliver regular campaign reports, translating performance data into actionable insights for leadership and partners.
