• Salary Range: $100,000- $130,000 Annual Salary Range

Position Summary

Radiant Logistics is in search of a skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team, providing crucial support to the SAP ECC system and surrounding applications and integrations.

In this role, you will act as the SAP FICO product owner, responsible for managing the product vision, maintaining and improving financial and controlling processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Defining the overall vision and strategy for the SAP FICO module, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. 

System Functionality Reviews:

• Performing system functionality reviews and ensuring new solutions do not negatively impact the business.

System Support and Maintenance:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP ECC, specifically focusing on the Financials and Controlling (FICO) module.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to financial processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure and customize SAP FICO module to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and implement effective SAP solutions.

Enhancements and Upgrades:

• Lead or participate in SAP ECC enhancement projects, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and improvements.
• Coordinate the testing and implementation of SAP upgrades.

User Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to promote efficient use of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and procedures.

Financial Reporting:

• Collaborate with finance teams to design and generate financial reports using SAP reporting tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data within the SAP system.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
• Effectively communicate updates, changes, and system enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
• Accustomed to managed AMS vendors, and Radiant offshore team.
• This position may lead to mentor, directly mentor/supervise junior level personnel.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis).
• Working knowledge of SAP system architecture, integration points, and data models.
• Experience in SAP ECC upgrades, enhancements, and release planning.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Soft Skills: 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Other compensation includes, but is not limited to, bonuses and stock options.
