ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Property location oversight
· Manages workflow of laborers
· Communication with property owners
· Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors
· Participate in warehouse process cleaning.
· Pack, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture. (Must be able to lift 70-75 pounds)
· Other tasks as necessary, including assisting in the Mitigation and Emergency Services department.
