The person in this position works as the Lead Contents Technician skilled in the completion of complex contents cleaning tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Property location oversight

· Manages workflow of laborers

· Communication with property owners

· Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors

· Participate in warehouse process cleaning.

· Pack, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture. (Must be able to lift 70-75 pounds)

· Other tasks as necessary, including assisting in the Mitigation and Emergency Services department.

Skills Imperative To The Job:

· Good oral and verbal communication

· Work well with a team of subcontractors/employees

· Self starter, great organizational and planning

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School degree, but Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from two year college or technical school desired; Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.

REASONING ABILITY: Possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
