Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and internal control frameworks.
- Experience with audit, tax, compliance, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent teaming and communication skills.
- Ability to meet firm deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple tasks.
- Exceptional pc skills, including Advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Must submit to and pass a drug test pursuant to Company Drug-Free Workplace Policy which includes random testing.
- Must submit to and pass a level 2 background screening
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and remotely. Ability to work at corporate office one to two days per week.
Physical Demands
- Required to stand/walk/sit regularly and occasionally for prolonged periods of time
- Must have stamina to work more than the scheduled workday when needed, including nights and weekends.
- Travel required: Less than 20%
