Board of Directors Overview:
Vantage Credit Union’s Board of Directors consists of seven volunteers who provide effective governance and leadership to the credit union. Our board plays a vital role – in partnership with senior management – in crafting and monitoring the strategic direction of the credit union. They do so based on their shared understanding of the purpose and goals of the credit union as well as the vision of how to best serve our members’ ever-evolving needs. Their oversight ensures the credit union operates in a safe and secure manner while keeping the member’s best interest top priority.
Supervisory Committee Overview:
Our Supervisory Committee ensures the financial well-being of the credit union by objectively reviewing and evaluating the overall financial performance of the organization. As the members' “watchdog”, the committee ensures a continued standard of excellence through internal audits that assure corporate records are prepared accurately, internal controls, policies and procedures are maintained and followed, and each employee/elected official is carrying out the basic duties for which he/she is responsible. Members of this committee are appointed by the Board of Directors.
