KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting two or more of the following infrastructure technologies or services: VMWare, Windows OS (Desktop and Server), Zoom Telephone, Five9 Call Center, Cisco Unified Computing Systems, SQL, backup solutions, SAN/NAS, BCP/DR, Windows Active Directory, Entra ID. Â
- Experience working with infrastructure monitoring tools and systems
- Experience with structured execution of projects. Â
- Knowledge and understanding of related infrastructure best practices.
- Experience in and understanding of credit union information processing and practices is a plus.
- Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Security+, Azure Fundamentals a plus.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science/engineering preferred, or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires the following physical activities within varying environmental conditions:
- Occasionally remaining in a stationary position which may be standing or sitting for a prolonged period of time.
- Occasional travel or moving from one office location to another or from one department to another at the headquarters building.
- Occasional lifting, moving, or adjusting objects up to 50Â pounds.
- Constant communication with others through various channels including verbal, email, and chat of which the last two may require consistent use of a keyboard and mouse or another electronic device.
- Work will be in a commercially reasonable temperature-controlled environment.
- Occasional temporary exterior site review which could be in outdoor elements of wind, rain, or snow.
