Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Director

Heritage Hall is seeking a dynamic and strategic Associate Director for Annual Fund and Alumni Relations to play a pivotal role in strengthening philanthropic support and engagement within our community. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, this position is responsible for assisting in the oversight, coordination, and implementation of all programs and activities related to the Annual Fund across all constituencies, as well as actively supporting Heritage Hall alumni efforts. The Associate Director is a collaborative team player who helps provide vision, direction, and support to foster increased involvement and financial commitment to the School.

• Proven experience in annual fund and alumni relations, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of fundraising best practices and donor cultivation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in database management and digital communication tools.
