This is an opportunity to join an innovative software company in the real estate property management industry. We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager who can serve as primary contact and trusted partner for clients, managing elements of the post-sales process while developing strong working relationships with internal and client stakeholders across all organizational levels. The Customer Success team is the face of the company to clients; it’s critical that we deliver exceptional, engaging service; assisting with product questions and account requests. The candidate will be reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success. The Senior CSM role is a mid-level Customer Success position within our organization. The candidate must be a team player; this role works very closely with our Sales, Implementation and Support teams. You will manage a book of business of approximately $3-$4M annual revenue. Our primary product offerings are:
- NYC Compliance Monitoring
- NYC Annual Safety Mailings
- InCheck (Our national inspection and building property operations software)
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Own and develop lasting relationships with clients
- Proactively engage and educate clients through regular meetings, communications, and support training efforts (e.g., Account Reviews)Â
- Work collaboratively across Sales, Customer Support, Implementation, Data Insights & Operations and Product/Tech teams to understand key client business drivers and ensure extraordinary customer success and retention
- Identify and spearhead strategic opportunities for increased customer engagement, advocacy and growth
- Solve problems in support of client business goals
- Become a SiteCompli product and compliance expert, leveraging this information to deepen client relationships
- Become an InCheck product expert, expanding engagement and app/client loyalty
