QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field experience preferred
- 3+ years commercial construction experience required
- Project management experience is a plus
- Computer skills in word and excel required. Experience in Microsoft Schedule is a plus
- Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency situations as necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management process.
- Speaking Spanish, a plus
- Must be able to read and understand manufactures specification guidelines.

INDUSTRY CERTIFICATIONS:
International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certifications (IICRC) is the main trade organization Jenkins Restoration follows. The IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) and the IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) or IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications are required for this position as well as local and state required certifications.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to “touch type” and have knowledge of Excel, database, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Knowledge of Xactimate, Sage, Procore and Sharepoint are also preferred competencies.
