Job Summary                                                                                                                                                                            

The Tree Care Administrative Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the operational and administrative needs of our growing Tree Care Division. This position will oversee and train administrative staff, manage certification records, generate advanced analytics reports, and serve as a key liaison for regional communication and compliance. This role requires strong technical skills in Oracle Analytics and Microsoft Excel, as well as a proactive, organized, and team-oriented approach.

 

 

 Key Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                            

  • Pull and distribute reports from Oracle Analytics to support field and executive operations.
  • Provide advanced Excel reporting including pivot tables, index-match, v-lookup, and dashboard tools.
  • Lead and train new administrative team members across regions to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
  • Serve as a central point of communication between Tree Care regional teams and corporate operations.
  • Maintain and update records of certifications, licenses, and training for Tree Care staff.
  • Coordinate enrollment in industry-related courses, internal training programs, and recertification timelines.
  • Support standardization of administrative procedures across regional teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the administrative function.
  • Assist in scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking for safety and training programs.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                                                                                                            

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative operations, preferably within landscaping, construction, or tree care industries.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (Pivot Tables, Index Match, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Oracle Analytics or similar data reporting platforms.
  • Experience training or onboarding new employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and documentation.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education                                                                                                                                                                            

HS Diploma or equivalent experience

 

 

 Physical requirements/Working Conditions                                                                                                                                                                            

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
