Description

 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution across all stages of the customer journey—from lead acquisition and nurturing to post-sale retention and re-engagement.

This role will own the customer communication strategy across all owned touchpoints, including email, SMS, website, and (in the future) chat and call center experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing an integrated lifecycle roadmap that enhances engagement, drives sales, and increases long-term customer value.

This position is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on leader with deep HubSpot CRM expertise and a strong technical understanding of how digital channels, automation, and web experiences intersect. The role combines strategic leadership and technical execution, with oversight of a small, high-performing team—including web development resources—to ensure seamless, consistent customer experiences across channels.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, and web platforms to increase lead conversion, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Manage and align website strategy, content, and user experience to support campaign objectives and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Oversee the web development function, ensuring site updates, landing pages, and integrations support lead generation and CRM workflows.
  • Use HubSpot to design automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing campaigns tailored to customer stages and behaviors.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align communications and web experiences with promotional priorities and territory goals.
  • Build and manage multi-channel triggered campaigns (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups, service reminders, and seasonal messaging).
  • Develop cross-channel retention and loyalty campaigns, integrating web, email, and SMS data for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Analyze funnel performance (from MQL to sale to post-sale) and continuously optimize using data and A/B testing.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team—including lifecycle specialists and web developers—focused on flawless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to develop assets, improve customer touchpoints, and streamline processes.
  • Present insights, performance metrics, and growth opportunities to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.
