Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or advancement leadership roles.
- Proven track record in securing six- and seven-figure gifts.
- Proven track record in successfully executing capital campaign plan.
- Experience and understanding of community and government grant and contract proposals/ management.
- Experience in major donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and grant writing.
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification preferred.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience working with boards of directors and high-level donors.
- Proficiency in CRM and fundraising software systems (e.g., Salesforce, OneCause).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable.
- Fluent in all Microsoft Office applications
