Shipping

Summary
Provides general labor support for the shipping department in a warehouse with a variety of clerical activities and physical tasks, must be capable of lifting 50lbs and below.

Essential Functions

• Reviews and organizes all shipping orders, including domestic and export
• Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation
• Order expediting with email communication and daily workload
• Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
• Able to utilize shipping inventory and various office software programs
• Assist with in-house shipping and all logistic related order issues
• Maintain consistent communications between shipping and sales departments
• Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
• Ability to communicate with will call customers and provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Expected Hours of Work 
This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

Education and Experience 
High School diploma or equivalent

2 years min in shipping/warehousing position

Manufacturing environment experience a plus
