Estimator

To provide value for the buyer by producing complete and accurate packages for homes. Work with the Estimating, Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams to increase accuracy and efficiency in all areas Eagle controls by setting up new jobs, releasing them to the field, and handling custom option requests. Additional duties include but are not limited to:

· Entering model budgets, option takeoffs and related data entry

· Processing variance purchase orders, purchase order updates, and corrections

· Distributing purchase orders and work orders to vendors and sub-contractors

· Setting up house files, including loading budgets

· IHMS Superuser to provide direction and support to Eagle Team members to maximize system use.

· Assisting the Chief Operating Officer with cost control and special projects as needed.

· Assist in cross training other estimators and purchasing team.

· Compile data for cost comparisons.

· Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. Previous experience with a residential construction company is a plus.

· Experience with IHMS software and a high comfort level with MS Office software and current technology is required.

· Excellent customer service skills, able to complete a variety of tasks in a timely, organized manner, attention to detail and follow-up.
