Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new home sales goals, contributing to Western Division’s financial success.
· Develop extensive knowledge of the Eagle construction process, the sales and purchase agreement process, and your community and product specifics.
· Engage deeply with customers through Eagle’s customized sales process designed to uncover motivations for a new home purchase (customized training provided).
· Understand, appropriately set expectations, and provide an outstanding Homebuilding Journey to Eagle homebuyers.
· Generate prospective home purchaser leads through marketing, realtor outreach, community involvement and referrals.
· Master internal software systems used to report and manage community visits, follow up contact documentation, and generation of purchase agreements.
· Become the expert on your competition and provide monthly reporting.
· Keep the appearance of your model home and quick-move-in homes in your community fresh and inviting.
· Attend sales meetings, quarterly training, and community events with a commitment to support and grow your skill set.
· Follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and provide superior customer service.
