· Actively support Sales Consultants to meet or exceed quarterly and annual new home sales goals, contributing to Western Division’s financial success.
· Develop extensive knowledge of the Eagle construction process, the sales and purchase agreement process, and your community and product specifics.
· Engage deeply with customers through Eagle’s customized sales process designed to uncover motivations for a new home purchase (customized training provided).
· Assist Sales Consultants with maintaining internal software systems used to report and manage community visits, follow up contact documentation.
· Provide support to Sales Consultants in the generation of purchase agreements and actively assist in management of all aspects of the homebuyer journey.
· Help Sales Consultants to generate prospective home purchaser leads through marketing, realtor outreach, community involvement and referrals.
· Take the lead on keeping the appearance of your model home and quick-move-in homes clean and inviting.
· Maintain supplies and marketing materials for your assigned model home. Manage flyers and signage that may frequently change.
· Attend sales meetings, quarterly training, and community events with a commitment to support and grow your skill set.
· Follow all Fair Housing Guidelines and provide superior customer service.
