🔧 What You’ll Do:
Step into a high-visibility role where you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product launches, drive process improvements, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams. From managing RFQs and tooling launches to overseeing APQP/PPAP activities, you’ll be the go-to leader turning innovation into execution.
✅ What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
- 3+ years of project or process engineering experience in automotive or metal casting
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum casting (green sand preferred) and quality planning tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
- Confident with MS Project, Gantt charts, and CAD tools
- Excellent communicator and natural team leader
🌟 Preferred Extras:
- PMP or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Experience with IATF 16949 quality systems
- Strong understanding of machining, finishing, or assembly of aluminum castings
