Duties:

• Prepares purchase orders and requisitions and assists in purchasing materials in a manner that avoids production delays.
• Maintains files and records of material, prices, and inventories.
• Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of raw materials.
• Produces material usage reports and maintains inventory balances.
• Provides routine administrative support.
• Schedules as needed to meet production demands.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Computer skills including spreadsheets
• Having familiarity with Sprockets, bearings, motors and gearboxes
• Receiving parts into the warehouse store room using our management systems
• Receiving invoices of services contractors have completed
• Setting aside the special ordered item that the maintenance team has requested
• Keeping up with the housekeeping in the store room.
• Inventory management
• Operating a forklift
• Lifting at least 50 lbs
