Summary of Role:
As an Account Representative with Monterey Financial, you will help consumers take control of their financial future by utilizing excellent customer service and negotiating skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist consumers with account level questions and adjustments
- Negotiate and process payment on accounts in various stages of delinquency
- Understand and adhere to MFS and Client policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience or Call Center Experience (preferred, not required).

This job operates its functions in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear using a telephone headset and is required to sit for a long period while using a computer.
