COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Experience in setting and executing events successfully.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly for event setup and breakdown.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience using cleaning tools and equipment for event space maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, and walking.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must be proficient in English to carry out work as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical demands include dexterity for office machine/supply operation, including, but not limited to, computers, telephones, electronic calculators, copy machines, facsimile machines, and printers. Stooping, bending, and reaching for files or supplies, as well as sitting or standing for extended periods of time, are common.
