F&B Dish Wash/Food Prep team members support kitchen operations by keeping everything clean, organized, and prepped for service, ensuring guests stay fed for the slopes.

 What You’ll Do:

• Wash and restock dishes, pans, and utensils throughout the shift.
• Assist with simple food prep like chopping, portioning, and restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area and food prep space.
• Follow kitchen safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Help kitchen staff keep operations moving during peak service.
• Other duties as assigned.  

 What We’re Looking For:

• Has or can obtain a current food handler’s card.
• Understand basic kitchen safety, sanitation, and food prep standards.
• Can work nights, weekends, holidays, and during peak business hours.
• Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.
• Willing to learn or and help wherever needed in the kitchen.
