Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels in a professional and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate proper ski/snowboarding techniques and offer corrective advice tailored to each guest's abilities.
• Monitor the ski/snowboarding equipment for safety and proper fit.
• Maintain a safe and effective learning environment and adhere to resort guidelines and safety protocols.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities is preferred.
• Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
