As a season pass agent, you’ll assist with purchasing and printing season passes, ensuring information is accurate and the experience is quick and friendly.  You’ll be the first step in their day on the slopes!

  What You’ll Do:

• Sell and issue season passes using the Resort’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Accurately input and verify guest information to ensure valid pass creation.
• Take guest photos and print season passes while verifying ID and account details.
• Resolve guest issues related to passes or account information quickly and professionally.
• Provide basic resort information about services, conditions, and nearby amenities.
• Process payments and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with care and speed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Is comfortable using computers and POS systems.
• Can solve problems calmly and professionally under pressure.
• Can sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Is available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Is comfortable comparing personal information such IDs to account details.
