Parking Attendant

In this role, you will maintain the ebb and flow of the parking lot at Willamette Pass Resort through your due diligence in guiding guests to parking as well as keeping snow removed as needed.  Our purpose is to Give People the Freedom to Ski, if this role sounds like a match for your skills, apply now!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Provide clear directions and assistance to guests searching for parking spaces.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date signage in the parking area.
• Assist with the removal of snow from parking locations. 
• Communicate any issues, emergencies, or irregularities effectively with the parking supervisor.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Occasionally lift, push or pull 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with constantly changing environmental conditions, including freezing temperatures, snow, wind, rain, and low visibility.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
