Process Improvement:
- Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Develop, document, and utilize standardized methods to train new team members.
Qualifications include:
- Knowledge of plastic card manufacturing, preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- High attention for detail and focused individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Available to work overtime as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and instructions to the team.
- The ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook (email), MS excel, MS word & Payroll Software
- Intermediate math skills
Education:
Highschool education or equivalent.
Associate or above degree preferred.
