Objective:
To support and co-labor with the Lead Pastor in shepherding and equipping the saints of Crosspoint City Church, primarily at the location, to create an environment for all people to know and follow Jesus.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Lead Pastor to lead, shepherd, and care for the location by owning, modeling, and implementing the vision and convictions of the church.
- Provide Gospel clarity through pastoral moments, closings, discipleship events, and other teaching opportunities, as requested.
- Know the ministry, people (staff, serve team, and attendees), and communities of CPCC through intentional connection, counseling, and discipleship.
- Lead in the recruitment, development, and care of location serve teams.
- Lead in the recruitment, development, and care of location group leaders.
- Oversee during weekend gatherings, any serve team without a paid staff on site.
- Engage the community through partnerships and execution of local engagement opportunities.

- Promote Gospel unity and cohesiveness through care and leadership of location staff and partnering with ministry champions.
- Ensure ministry EPODs are implemented at the location level and provide real-time feedback to location and ministry champion staff.
- Partner with ministry champions to identify and address location execution and operation issues.
- Conduct general pastoral responsibilities alongside other pastoral and ministry staff, including weddings, funerals, baptisms, visitations, and pastoral counseling.
- Assist and support the Lead Pastor, as requested, in all aspects of ministry at that location.
- Identify and recruit church planting residents.
- Oversee assessment and church planter training processes.
- Attend church planter assessments as needed.
- Provide coaching to church planters as needed.
