Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Clinical Manager to join our Homeless Outreach team in Tacoma, WA.

Scope:
Primary responsibility to ensure delivery of high-quality clinical services for outreach clients and to promote growth of staff clinic skills. Clinical manager is expected to do outpatient intakes for homeless clients, assign attending practitioner, and oversee clinical care. Also must provide clinical supervision to assign staff. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.
Responsibilities:
- Consult, support and brainstorm with clinical staff and interns around day to day clinical concerns.
- Work with Director to train outreach staff around mental illness, substance abuse and helping systems. Provide on-going coaching and modeling for outreach staff aimed at skill improvement.
- Support daily clinic operation in collaboration with the staff and Director. Ensure Director is informed of significant consumer/program issues.
- Supervise Foundation Community Supports staff members.
- Perform outpatient assessments, including, psychosocial assessments and DLA-20.
- Monitor productivity and clinical quality of assigned staff.
- Participate as directed in recruitment, hiring, and training of new program staff.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with community partners and funders.
- Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained by staff and treatment providers.
- Participate and support program quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
- Facilitate team and individual clinical trainings.
- Assist with the development and implementation of clinical programming.
- Collaborate in the expansion and development of programs.
- Oversee and ensure agency policies and procedures, contracts, and all other regulations, requirements and standards as required.
- Provide liaison, consultation, and education to community organizations, direct service facilities, and professionals offering services to the chronically mentally ill.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.
