Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Medication Tech to join our team in Tacoma, WA.

Function: Provide residential medication monitoring services to mentally ill clients. Facilitate the community adjustment of clients at high risk for institutionalization. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Park Place residents’ self-administration of medications.
- Facilitate continuity of care.
- Document all medication monitoring and self-medications in EHR program or Medication Administration Record (MAR) , including progress notes as needed.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure medications are ordered and filled.
- Provide services and activities for residential clients that enhance self-care skills, independence, social skills, and self-reliance.
- Participate in meetings and activities as required.
- Work a schedule as needed to support 24/7 nursing services
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
