Summary: F&B Waitstaff is responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, cleaning and clearing tables, providing excellent customer services, delivering checks, collecting payments, cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff, and adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.Â

Will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage at The Polo Club of Boca Raton Property Owners Association, Inc. Â

Three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club is required.Â

Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening.Â

Travel is not required.
Daily transportation to and from the worksite is provided.

On-the-job training is provided.  Â
