The Vice President, Corporate Sales is responsible for leading and driving the corporate sales strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of developing and managing high-performing sales teams, optimizing revenue growth, and expanding market presence. The VP, Corporate Sales will work closely with executive leadership to align sales objectives with overall business goals, ensuring a strong pipeline of enterprise clients and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Establish and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develops and maintains a strong understanding of key market trends – including emerging regulations, customer preferences, growth segments, and competitive dynamics to enable market outgrowth.

Team & People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance lead generation and customer retention efforts.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the corporate sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Operational Efficiency:

• Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reports and drives change to growth and profitability of increased sales.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields OR equivalent work experience.

Experience and/or Training:

• 10 years minimum of sales experience with proven ability to close businesses.
• 5 years minimum of leading sales teams with proven success in achieving revenue targets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect or customer’s business environment and needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong sales orientation with proven ability to generate leads and manage complex, high-level, multi-year sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to actively listen and effectively convey information in meaningful, compelling ways.
• Strategic, innovation thinker; able to understand and communicate complex information and generate new ideas and improvements.
• Proven web-based research skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent business strategy instincts; able to perform in a competitive, changing environment.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• The employee must be able to lift and or carry up to 10 lbs occasionally.
• Travel: This position requires an estimated 20% annual travel between local offices. The travel will primarily involve visiting other local facilities to collaborate with different teams and support projects across our multiple, local locations and the entire organization. 20% = 1 day/week

Working Environment

Work is performed in a general office environment with limited noise exposure and usually moderate. Noise may be loud when frequenting the production floor. Additionally, there will be occasional exposure to dust, metal debris, changes in ambient temperature, and requires the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
