MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience (20+ people) in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reading (English), writing (English) and math skills needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communication and human relations skills required. While bi-lingual literacy (Spanish and English) is a plus, employee must be able to communicate in English proficiently.
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and be able to supervise employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hours are first shift. May be required to work some Saturdays.
- Closed toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection are required.
