Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or enterprise systems
- 1+ years in a role managing cross-functional or technical teams
- Proven experience working with one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, SAP Business One
- Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices
- Experience managing external vendors or contractors
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus (e.g., SOX, HIPAA)
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform)
- Knowledge of SQL, Azure services, and integration platforms such as MuleSoft
- Familiarity with data governance and master data management practices
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
