Essential Job Functions:
- Inspect parts, packaging components, raw materials and finished products.
- Use measurement tools such as measuring tape, scales and thickness gauges.
- Inspect and verify labeling and quantities.
- Read and interpret manufacturing specifications.
- Operate a label scanner and tablet.
- Identify and control nonconforming product.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on process and product failures.
- Set an example for best practices for quality and safety.
- Give actionable direction to production workers and other QA staff.
- Provide training and guidance to other QA Staff.
- Identify, monitor and maintain QC test equipment.
- Quarantine and disposition flagged material.
- Review and write QA/QC test procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Two years of QC, Warehouse or Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or STEM preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Be on your feet for 10-12 hours
- Able to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Able to push or pull 40-100lb unassisted.
- Able to reach, bend, kneel and climb while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Able to correctly wear PPE for entire shifts
- Able to react and respond quickly to noises, smells, visual hazards, and alerts
