YARD TECHNICIAN

Position: Yard Technician

Reports to: Branch Manager

Principal Accountabilities of the Position___________________________________________

The Yard Tech primary duty is to organize the inventory on the yard. This includes unloading and loading of equipment.

Essential Functions_____________________________________________________________

• Unload and load equipment
• Organize the inventory on the yard
• Clean units on the yard
• Assist other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum Education & Qualifications________________________________________________________

Ability to operate construction machinery.

Knowledge and Skills___________________________________________________________

• Ability to Operate Machinery
• Able to lift 40lbs on a consistent basis
• Can take instruction and work well with others
• Knowledge of industry-related safety regulations.
• Able to work with minimal supervision
