Qualifications:
Education:
- A four-year degree (Bachelor’s Degree) is required, preferably in accounting, business, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience closing government contracts and working within government procurement systems such as:
- Procurement Desktop–Defense (PD2)
- MyInvoice
- Electronic Data Access (EDA)
- Shared Data Warehouse (SDW)
- Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS)
- DFAS payment histories
Demonstrated Knowledge and Skills:
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a U.S. Government security investigation required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with federal procurement policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Physical Demands:
Moderate physical effort, including standing/sitting, walking, bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs.
Extended use of computer equipment and visual aids.
Requirements:
- This is a fully on-site position based in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently to the worksite.
- For employees living with visual impairments, you must provide documentation from a physician of legal blindness. Legal blindness is defined as: "Central visual acuity does not exceed 20/200 in the better eye with correcting lenses OR whose visual acuity, if better than 20/200, is accompanied by a limit to the field of vision in the better eye to such a degree that its widest diameter subtends an angle no greater than 20 degrees." These conditions are based on the federal Javits-Wagner-O'Day work program for legally blind individuals.
