Vice President of Operations

Thomas Eye Group is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead our multi-location clinical network, drive operational excellence, and enhance the patient experience. This is a key executive role responsible for strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership across our clinical operations.

• Lead and oversee clinical operations for all locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and physician partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Implement process improvements, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Coach and develop practice leadership to support organizational growth.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare operations leadership experience (ophthalmology or ASC experience highly preferred).
• Proven ability to drive efficiency, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance, MIPS, and process improvement methodologies.
