The Skier Services Supervisor is a seasonal winter role responsible for overseeing on-snow Ticket Checking and Mountain Host teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining daily RFID gate operations and supporting Alta Ski Area's employee uniform program.
This is a full-time position for the 2025–26 season—mid-October through early-May.
Responsibilites
- Train, manage, and support the Skier Services team
- Help maintain RFID hardware
- Assist with the inventory and distribution of employee uniforms
- Assist with the schedule management of the Skier Services team
- Act as the point of contact for the ticket checking staff in cases of pass misuse
- Aid in the opportunities for the Skier Services team to learn and grow together
- Support Alta Ski Area’s mission and goals
- Foster a positive team environment
