Who You Are:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Minimum five years of experience in nonprofit management, education administration, business administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, including building and supporting cross-functional teams, supervising staff, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture. Experienced in hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and relationship-centered leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental stewardship, with a track record of integrating these values into workplace practices.
- Ability to design, implement, and refine operational systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across teams and programs.Â
- Adaptable and responsive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; comfortable with change and able to shift priorities as needed.
- High degree of professional integrity, accountability, and alignment with NatureBridge’s mission and values.
- Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple concurrent programs.Â
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey logistical information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other database management tools.Â
- Experience in risk management and crisis response, including the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as program needs require.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
