Position Overview
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on driving performance through search engine optimization, analytics, campaign optimization, and website enhancements for both B2B and e-commerce initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Website and Performance Marketing to execute and support strategies that increase search visibility, improve site performance, and generate measurable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

Support SEO strategy through on-page and technical optimizations, AI-specific strategies, keyword research, and competitive analysis.

Monitor and analyze organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others.

Analyze search intent and results for AI-driven search engines and support SEO initiatives to enhance HealthStream’s visibility in AI-generated results

Assist with implementing CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies across websites and landing pages.

Collaborate with web development, creative, and product marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Conduct website audits to identify and resolve issues affecting user experience, accessibility, and SEO performance.

Track and report on KPIs related to SEO, website traffic, and campaign performance across platforms.

Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns by coordinating with external partners or internal teams.

Help evaluate campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, user behavior insights, and performance analytics.

Support the management of tag implementation, goals, and event tracking using Google Tag Manager and similar tools.

Proactively identify opportunities for website and campaign improvement based on data analysis.
