QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support or customer service experience, preferably in a technical, utility, or regulatory environment
- Valid Colorado Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Excel)
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
Preferred:
- Experience in water utility, public health, or environmental compliance setting
- Knowledge of terminology, regulations, and processes related to Backflow Prevention, Cross-Connection Control, FOG Control, and metering programs.
- Experience with technical writing, database management, and statistical reporting

SCHEDULE
This role will be scheduled to work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.

COMPENSATION
The range for this position is $30.28 - $46.74. Starting range depends on qualifications but generally falls within the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
