Kit Assembly

Assemble product per customer requirements/industry standards with the emphasis on sub-assemblies or extrusion kit assemblies. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8:00am – 5:00 pm.

• Assemble product per drawing, specifications, or BOMs with the emphasis on kit assemblies (i.e. hose kits, component assemblies, extrusion kits, lubrication assemblies, etc.).
• Prioritize build schedules based upon production schedules or required dates.
• Communicate production improvement ideas or issues to management.
• Assist in training new personnel as needed.
• Track and report errors and downtime on a weekly basis.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Three to five years of related work experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, effectively and professionally with customers, vendors and other Triad employees.
• Reads and follow written work instructions.
• Possess strong mathematical skills- add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle products (inventory) up to 100 pounds.
• Must have fabrication and circuitry experience.
• Individuals must score 70% or higher on the Mechanical Aptitude test.
• Skills required for the job include (can be trained): Industrial Hydraulic Technologies 1 and 2, Hydraulic maintenance technology, pneumatic circuitry and forklift.
