The Carthage Worship Leader & Administrator is responsible for helping to fulfill the vision of the Lead Pastor. As Worship Leader, they are responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the weekend worship experience, while also fostering discipleship by developing worship teams and overseeing production. In the role of Administrator, they serve as a vital link between Central and the Carthage Campus, assisting with the coordination of projects and events to ensure alignment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of worship experiences at the Carthage Campus, including music, tracks, charts, audio, production, and setup.
- Lead and support weekend services and other worship services as needed, such as Thursday night.
- Support the Worship Pastor in weekly worship planning, including song selection and service flow.
- Be available to lead worship at other campuses or events as requested.
- Recruit, audition, and onboard new worship and production team members.
- Shepherd and mentor team members through regular meetings and spiritual encouragement.
- Operate as a Cultivate development coach, providing training and growth opportunities for new and current musicians.
- Assist in the church’s Worship Training/Development Process (Cultivate).
- Collaborate with the Worship Development Director to create and manage worship and production team schedules using Planning Center Online.
- Respond promptly to emails, calls, and GraceLink queues for volunteer teams.
- Manage worship and production budget to purchase & maintain equipment and support volunteers.
- Administer the Carthage Campus under the leadership of the Campus Pastor.
- Manage project requests from Central and events hosted at Carthage.
- Provided administrative support to Carthage Groups using GraceLink software.
- Execute Campus Communication using ClearStream software.
- Facilitate Local Missions projects, teams, & events.
- Collaborate closely with the Carthage Campus Pastor and Guest Services Coordinator.
- Support the vision by assisting with additional church needs as required.
