Job Summary:

As a National Practice Leader, Channel Sales at Medefy Health, you will identify, recruit, and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory for the Company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent Medefy Health positively in the market. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop a territory specific go-to-market plan.
  • Become a SME on Medefy Health products and solutions. 
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Sell referrals from partner groups.
  • Partner with the Sales Executives to help close business.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricing.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You must have at least the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field experience 
  • At least (3) three years of sales experience in employee benefit consulting, health plans, or employee benefit solutions 
  • At least (1) one year of experience building and managing employee benefit consultant/broker channel relationships 
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization with executive presence 
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue in a relational selling environment 
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge and connections in the employee benefits space 
  • Ability to collaborate on a territory specific go-to-market plan and execute 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills 
  • Coachable and continuous improvement spirit 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, evolving environment 
  • Collaborative, team-player mentality 
  • High-integrity, accountability, and results oriented – ownership mindset 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Ability to travel, as needed 

It would be great if you have:

  • Relatively tech savvy 
  • Experience selling healthcare navigation solutions or healthcare SaaS solutions 
  • Experience selling employer sponsored pharmacy solutions 
  • Experience working in CRM’s (HubSpot preferred) 
  • Proven track record selling to C-Suite-level executives 

Supervisory Duties: No supervisory duties

Travel Requirements Percentage:  Up to 75% may be required.  Remote work enabled.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Remote Work Environment: This position is performed remotely in a home-office setting. The employee must ensure a quiet, private workspace free from distractions and suitable for video conferencing and focused work. A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8+ hours per day).
  • Frequent use of a computer keyboard, mouse, and screen; ability to type at least 55 WPM.
  • Occasional movement within the home office environment (e.g., retrieving office supplies or documents).
  • Vision abilities required include close vision for computer use and reading documentation, with or without corrective lenses.
  • Occasional light lifting of materials (up to 15 lbs), such as a laptop or office equipment, may be required.

 

Communication Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English using written and verbal channels (email, chat, video conferencing, phone).
  • Must be able to read and interpret complex written information such as healthcare documentation, performance reports, and company procedures.
  • Must be responsive and present during scheduled working hours and team communications, including virtual meetings and collaboration platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving under time constraints.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changing workflows, operational needs, and team dynamics.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Requires emotional resilience, especially when assisting users in distress or resolving escalated member concerns.
  • Must be able to maintain composure and a professional demeanor under pressure.

 

Work Schedule & Attendance:

  • Must be punctual, dependable, with potential for on-call duties as needed.
  • Must maintain regular attendance and meet performance expectations without direct on-site supervision.
