Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with the Customer Success team to act as a link between the company and clients to ensure all needs are being met and that they’re satisfied with the service and product.  Â
- Work with Customer Success team and other internal departments to facilitate day-to-day tasks to maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients.  Â
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that Medefy fulfills all client needs. Â
- Work to resolve client escalations and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs. Â
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs. Â
- Manages meetings, action items from meetings, plan renewal workflow/documentation, and app updates. Â
- Update internal systems with appropriate information throughout client lifecycle.
- Attend onsite client meetings/events as needed, up to 20% of the time.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Â
