What you bring:
- Bachelors degree w/ a technical or analytical background, or equivalent & transferable experience in the field.
- Experience working with Data
- 2+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering OR transferable Implementation, or sales experience in a SaaS or similar health-related technology.
- Comfortable context switching between strategic conversations and technical deep dives.
- Comfortable selling or being a team player in a team-selling environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills— you turn jargon into “aha - I get it” moments, and you reduce complexity.
- Incessant natural curiosity to figure out how things work, and how they come together.
- Empathy for how people use technology to solve real-world problems, and the people behind the problems we’re solving.
- You’re a self-starter, coachable, hungry, & have a team first mindset.
- Tenacity to close deals and the required grit to help us deliver them.
- A desire to make an impact.
- A willingness to travel up to ~25% for strategic opportunities & conferences.
It would be great if you have:
- 3+ Years of experience in an SE role, or a similar role.
- Can easily demonstrate a “lead-to-cash" spirit.
- You have a bias for action.
- Experience working in startups and want to contribute to one.
- Love to sell or love to solve problems/code. Bonus points for both.
- Experience in benefits, HR tech, or healthcare/benefits navigation ecosystems or their underlying data.
- Experience with integration. Can demonstrate how you contributed to past integrations in a meaningful way.
- Implementation experience of a SaaS platform.
- SME level expertise within; Data, Software Engineering, or Healthcare/benefits of any kind.

Remote Work Environment: This position is performed remotely in a home-office setting. The employee must ensure a quiet, private workspace free from distractions and suitable for video conferencing and focused work. A reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
